Jan Vincent has an impressive experience, in particular in corporate & finance matters. 

While delivering his services as a lawyer, he focuses on solid solutions and the avoiding of disputes and lengthy legal proceedings with uncertain outcome.

He is also mediator in corporate and commercial matters, since mediation can offer the better solution.

Further Jan Vincent acts as mediator in respect of financially distressed undertakings in view of their restructuring and new start.

Since January 2021 he works as a solo practitioner. He is a co-founder of BC Mediation.

Before starting 'OFCOUNSEL' he was a partner at Liedekerke, where he headed for many years the Banking & Finance practice. He was also member of the board and managing partner for a couple of years.

After having worked from April 1987 untill May 1990 as a lawyer at KBC Bank (Kredietbank) he returned to the Brussels Bar.
